He has participated in many scientific researches and has published in various articles. He is an expert in bioinformatics, programming, sequencing, qPCR, fragment analysis, MLPA,genetic diagnostics.

Doctoral studies: Ege University Faculty of Molecular MedicineFaculty of Molecular Biology.About: She worked on the thesis and project “The importance of C1GALT1 and ST6GLNAC2 genes in IgA nephropathologies” and received BAP and TUBITAK support in different projects. She is an expert in cytogenetics, FISH, PGD,  sequencing,qPCR, fragment analysis and MLPA. She has participated in many projects and has articles.

Project Role: Microfluidics-based nanochip design

Specialization: Molecular Biologist and Biotechnologist

About: Baku State University (Bachelor’s), Maria-Curie Sklodowska University (Master’s) Conducted research on the immune response of Galleria Mellonella larvae infected with Fusarium after treatment with synthetic antifungal polycation. During the study, she investigated the immune responses of 4 different substances PS3, Amphotericin B, DMSO and water for injection. She has written many scientific papers.

About: Baku State University (Bachelor), Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine (Master) Worked on the project “Investigation of microRNAs in  JAK2 gene positive Chronic Myeloproliferative Neoplasm patients” and this project received financial support from BAP. Participated in various studies on Practical Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis at Aziz Sancar Experimental Medicine Research Institute.
